MPH has now relocated.
All delivery and pick-ups are from our new space at 86 Chifley Drive in Preston.
We will still accept returns to our old address until the end of June 2010.
Our last update described our 'biggest production job to date' being The Presets national tour in July. We've since smashed our Personal Best with the national Stereosonic Festival production. A huge thanks to Clifton Productions for providing purpose-built stages that they designed and built in-house. It was a huge tour, with many people and companies providing us with their awesome services. Big ups to all of you!
Coming up at MPH we've got the yearly Falls Festival bonanza, followed by Big Day Out and a bunch of summer festivals over this crazy season.
We're also in process of constructing the MPH LED Balls Mk II give us a call if you wanna find out more about it, or to hire the current version; they are perfect for outdoor ambient lighting and we can give you a demo anytime!
It's been a while between updates, many apologies!
Last month, MPH completed its biggest production job to date - and in style, no less! The Presets National Tour was the largest and longest to come through our doors, seeing the whole team away for six weeks which included a full week of pre-production.
During that time, we also provided Tour Management for the Sexpo show and backed it up with a national tour with Perth band Karnivool.
This month, we look forward to some Operating at the Splendour in the Grass festival in Byron Bay, can it really be that time of the year again, already?!

It has been a while since the last update!
Lots has been happening - currently our flag-ship product, the Soft-LED Drape, is all out on the Melbourne Comedy Festival having finished a wet and windy day at the Sound Relief concert at the MCG. Prior to that it was adventuring around with the Future Music Festivals.
With winter coming and the economic state of it all; it was thought things might slow down a touch. Alas! We move forward with some great tours this Autumn and Winter.
We are always happy to show off our cool products, so don't hesitate to call us for a demo if you'd like to see all the magic.

Welcome, well and truly, to the New Year!
The team are away for the rigging of the Boiler Room and lighting for Silent Disco at this year's Big Day Out festival, after completing Falls Festival in Lorne and Tasmania; Summadayze Melbourne, Summafieldayze Gold Coast and Kiss My Grass to name a recent few.
We look forward to MS Fest and Good Vibrations in the coming month, and hope this hot spell is over with sooner rather than later...

Welcome to October! Things are going along well here at HQ, we are working some top secret new developments and having a grand time playing with our new toys - 8 Stagemaker variable speed chain hoists. Cool.
The lead-up to the summer festival season has seen us working on God's Kitchen with Future Events, and a bunch of great local bands - Dukes of Windsor, Sleep Parade, The Presets and Augie March to name a few.
Team MPH are looking forward to some warmer Melbourne weather, and plenty of action this silly season. We are slowly but surely building our arsenal of products, so if your festival; event or production is lacking that certain something...give us a call!

Well, Matt and Griff have not yet surfaced from their weekend at the Splendour in the Grass festival in Byron Bay, designing and operating lights for The Presets in the Mix Up tent, so that must mean it all went well! We'll have pics up for you really soon.

Last week was a big week for MPH - we celebrated the arrival of our Stagemaker Variable Speed Chain Motors, that arrived just in the nick of time for the Prime Ministers Olympic Dinner held at HiSense Arena on Saturday night. Fresh from France, these computer controlled chain motors can do all sorts of speccy stuff, so give us a call if you wanna come and check 'em out!
We've also splurged on a new arsenal of lights, to make your production even better. Call us to discuss how we can tailor a package to suit your specific needs - no matter what sort of show!

This marks the occasion of our third news update! Coming up this weekend, Griff will be operating lights for Brisbane band Dead Letter Circus at the Corner, and Matt for Birds of Tokyo at Sydney's Come Together festival. The weekend also brings a visit from the world's number one DJ, where the Soft-LED will be making a guest appearance.

Happy Monday all! Here's hoping your weekend brought much adventure. Our weekend delivered a run of shows with Perth band 'Birds of Tokyo' along the east coast. By all reports the lighting design and operation was fabulous thanks to Matt, and more importantly everyone had a grand old time!

Welcome to our new website! Not only do we have a new website, we have a new world headquarters. We can now be found at 2 / 62 Rose Street, Fitzroy. The entrance is on Fitzroy St, a little confusing, we know!
After just finishing renovating and fitting out the new office and warehouse space we have a bunch of cool stuff coming up - including setting up a ground support system for a glamorous photo shoot with 30 models. Sweet.
